Getting to Ambergris Caye, Belize
Once in Belize City, you have two options for travelling to the island of Ambergris Caye: a 15 minute flight or a 1.5 hour water-taxi ride. Flights and water taxis both arrive in San Pedro, where Royal Kahal is located at 9 Coconut Dr, San Pedro, Belize.
Kindly note that Royal Kahal does not book domestic flights or water taxis to Ambergris Caye.

Getting to Ambergris Caye, Belize
Royal Kahal Beach Resort is located on the island of Ambergris Caye, which is roughly 35 miles east of Belize City. Once your international flight lands at the Belize International Airport (BZE), you have two options for travelling to Ambergris Caye: a 15 minute flight with one of our local airlines, or a 30 minute taxi ride to Belize City, followed by a 1.5 hour water taxi ride.
We are unable to book domestic flights or water taxis, but we are happy to provide complimentary pickup and drop off at the San Pedro Airport (SPR) or water taxi terminal once you reach Ambergris Caye.

If you are travelling by water taxi, please be aware that the water taxi terminals require a 30 minute taxi ride from the Belize International Airport.
The water taxi terminals also have different locations, view directions from BZE to San Pedro Belize Express and from BZE to Caribbean Sprinter.
