All rates are in USD and do not include 9% government tax & 10% service charge.
Additional person fees may charged upon check-in if the unit is occupied by more guests than originally booked.
Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Guests arriving early are welcome to use the resort’s facilities while a room is being prepared. Luggage storage is available.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Pets are not permitted.
All units are non-smoking.
3 night minimum stay required.
5 night minimum stay required over the Holiday Season.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% of the reservation is forfeit for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows or early departures.
Hurricane Policy
If a hurricane warning is issued for Ambergris Caye, Belize by the National Hurricane Center for your stay dates, you may call or email Royal Kahal to reschedule your reservation, or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your stay and you are forced to arrive late or depart early, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Please note that our hurricane policy is only applicable on reservations booked directly with Royal Kahal Beach Resort and not through a third party.
